Dina Pace (Shackelford) is a seasoned Brand & Visual Communication professional and entrepreneur, known for her dedication to excellence and storytelling. Born and raised in New York, she has built a career that blends technical expertise, creative vision, and strategic marketing insights. She developed her technical skills working for SVS Television Production in Poughkeepsie, NY, and major news networks MSNBC and CNN in New York City. Dina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Television, Film, and Radio from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, and a Master’s Certificate in Video Editing from Future Media Concepts in New York City.

In 1998, Dina founded Pace Production, Inc., the first woman-owned video production company in the Hudson Valley offering a comprehensive suite of services, including broadcast commercials, corporate videos, live event videography, and editing services. Under her leadership, Pace Production earned the trust of large corporations, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations, consistently delivering high-quality video content. Her work has been viewed millions of times across the globe, making a lasting impact on audiences worldwide. In 2020, she broadened her scope to focus on brand and visual communication.

Marketing & Advertising Advisor for Williams Lumber & Home Centers
Locally, Dina is the Marketing & Advertising Advisor for Williams Lumber & Home Centers, a trusted building and home improvement retailer with seven locations throughout the Hudson Valley and Catskill regions. Founded in 1946, Williams Lumber is the largest family-owned and operated Ace Hardware franchise in the Tri-State Area. Under the leadership of Senior Vice President Kimberely Williams, whom she has worked with for over 20 years, Dina oversees all marketing efforts, ensuring that Williams Lumber’s message, “Nail It Right the First Time,” resonates with customers.

Dina also collaborates with the Chickery Family to market and advertise Hudson Valley Office Furniture, the largest office furniture provider between New York City and Albany. Based in Wappingers Falls, NY, this third-generation family-owned business specializes in designing innovative workspaces and offers a vast selection of new and pre-owned furniture. With a 37,000-square-foot showroom, Hudson Valley Office Furniture has become a key player in the industry. Personal Life
Dina resides in New York with her husband, Matthew Shackelford, and their two young sons, balancing a dynamic career with a fulfilling family life.
